Abstract

This study examines the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on teamwork and job satisfaction among employees of UD Surya Pematang Siantar. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 52 employees using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The findings show that individual characteristics positively and significantly affect teamwork (β = 0.515, t = 4.252, p < 0.001), while work environment also positively and significantly affects teamwork (β = 0.617, t = 5.548, p < 0.001). Teamwork positively and significantly affects job satisfaction (β = 0.668, t = 6.341, p < 0.001). The findings highlight the importance of developing employee capabilities and creating a supportive work environment to strengthen teamwork and job satisfaction
