Abstract

This article aim analyze leadership transformational at the Wisma DPR Republik Indonesia with focus on four dimensions, namely ideal influence, motivation inspiring, stimulating intellectual, and individual attention. Research use approach quantitative method descriptive with questionnaire data of 93 employees and 65 users DPR RI Guesthouse services. Analysis done through validity, reliability, and weighted mean score tests. The results show that leadership transformational is in the category good, with an average of 4.03 according to employees and 4.11 according to user. Dimension stimulation intellectual and motivational inspiring become strength main, whereas aspect discipline leader need reinforced.
