Public administration ethics serves as a guideline for ensuring professionalism, transparency, accountability, and public-oriented service. This study aims to analyze the role of public administration ethics in improving public service quality in Indonesia using a qualitative literature review method. The findings indicate that ethical principles such as integrity, transparency, accountability, justice, professionalism, and responsiveness contribute significantly to better service quality and increased public trust.
