Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) in marriage registration services at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bogor Regency. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with the DeLone and McLean model, which includes system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations of 91 respondents consisting of operators and public users over three months. The results show that SIMKAH implementation is effective, with an average score of 4.27 (very good) among operators and 3.76 (good) among the public. These findings indicate that SIMKAH can improve service efficiency and quality, although improvements are still needed in system stability and user understanding.
